Questions People Actually Ask

Yeah, life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year - just give us a week's notice. If you're injured and have a doc's note, we're pretty flexible about extending that.

Super easy. Upgrading happens immediately - you just pay the difference. Downgrading kicks in at your next billing cycle. No penalties either way, we want you at the level that works for you.

Nope. What you see is what you pay. No enrollment fee, no "maintenance charges" or any of that nonsense. The only extra would be if you wanted additional PT sessions beyond what's in your tier.

Month-to-month memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice. If you took the 12-month discount, you're committed to that year (but honestly, that discount is worth it). We're not into trapping people - fitness should be a choice, not a prison.

We do a free 3-day trial pass - come check us out, take a class, meet the crew. After that, day passes are $25 if you're not ready to commit yet. But honestly, most people who try us end up joining within that first week.

Credit card, debit card, or direct bank transfer. We auto-bill monthly so you don't have to think about it. If your payment bounces, we'll shoot you an email - we're not gonna lock you out immediately like some places do.

Still Not Sure? Let's Chat

Seriously, picking a gym shouldn't feel like solving a puzzle. Give us a call or swing by - we'll walk you through everything, show you around, and help you figure out what makes sense for your goals and budget.

No pressure, no sales pitch. Just real talk from people who actually care about this stuff.
